About

Jenny Flowers Sports Therapy was established in 2011.

Our chief practitioner Jenny Flowers graduated with a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy, from Coventry University in 2011. She is a full member of the Society of Sports Therapists. Over the years she has predominantly worked within Chiropractic and Osteopathy clinics across the East Midlands, providing detailed assessments for all musculoskeletal conditions and providing treatment and rehabilitation programs to guide the patient back to optimum health.

Jenny has always had a keen interest in sport, her main sport being Hockey, she has played since the age of 11 for a local hockey club and for her region. This was the main inspiration of following the path of Sports Therapy, she would hate to miss even just one minute of a hockey match. This is where the interest of the human body came from, how it works, what happens when we injure ourselves and how to get back to the pitch as soon as possible. So, if it is one thing Jenny understands it is the importance of exercise on the mind and impact it can have on someone’s life if it is taken away.
